MP: Documents For Selection In Civil Services Turned Out To Be Fake, IAS Officer Claiming To Be A Case Of Getting Rape FIR Canceled

A petition was filed in the High Court demanding quashing of the FIR registered on rape charges. While presenting the documents in the High Court on behalf of the petitioner, it was said that he was selected in the Civil Services Service in the year 2019. The FIR lodged by the alleged victim had adversely affected his career. The High Court had given instructions to investigate the documents presented. On Thursday, the investigation report of the documents was presented before the single bench of High Court Justice Vishal Dhagat on the petition. It was told in the investigation report that the petitioner was not selected in the Civil Services Service in the year 2019. The single bench has reserved its decision after the hearing.
Let us tell you that in the petition filed by Veer Singh Rajput, resident of Narsinghpur, it was said that the applicant had filed a false report of rape in the women's police station. The petition demanded that the FIR be quashed. During the hearing of the petition, the petitioner had presented the documents of passing the Civil Services Examination. In the document presented by the petitioner, it was stated that he had passed the Civil Services Examination in the year 2019. Presently he is on provision appointment. He has been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Madhya Pradesh and appointed as IPS. His future is in danger because of the episode.
On behalf of the victim, the petitioner's document was declared fake and it was said that no officer named Veer Singh Rajput has been selected in the list of the last two years. This has been done on behalf of the petitioner to get the sympathy of the court. Taking seriously the objection presented by the petitioner, the single bench had issued orders to the government to examine the documents and submit the report within 15 days.
The report was presented on Thursday. Citing the information received from the Central Personnel and Training Department, it was said that the documents presented by the petitioner have not been issued by them. The documents presented are fake. Taking the investigation report on record, the single bench has issued an order to reserve the decision. Advocate Mohammad Ali and advocate Abhimanyu Singh appeared on behalf of the victim intervener.
